The staff were friendly and very helpful, they assisted with everything, and the balcony offered an amazing view.

The hotel sits pretty close to the Pekoe trail (the bus can shuttle you back and forth, 3 km away) and you get a view of a hill and lake; the staff are nice, the shower is hot, and the buffet lunch and breakfast are great, but the Wi‑Fi is spotty, the light switches are behind the TV, and the TV remote didn’t work.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. It's a scammer's paradise, with fake job offers and fake letters being sent out to unsuspecting victims. The mastermind behind this operation is Mr. Rimsan Shan, who seems to be making a living off of deceiving people.
