The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and the pools were clean, but the lunch food had hair in it, the breakfast fruit was stale, the reception had inconsistent standards—some people had to wear wristbands, others didn't, a guard would note the license plate for exit, and the bar orders were often wrong.

“Bacana para quem está só de passagem”

I thought the café could have been better, but the parking was nice. The bathroom didn’t have a place to hang our change‑of‑clothes, and my husband, step‑son and I—none of us are disabled—were given a room with a bathroom that had no shower enclosure, so everything got wet. The gym was pretty dirty.

Natural beauty, peaceful setting far from city noise, courteous, helpful, proactive staff, and you can settle your bill for any consumption, even at the water park, when you check out. The parking is spacious with covered spots. The bedside lamp on one side is broken (burnt bulb), and although there’s a water mixing system that probably uses a boiler, there’s no hot water in the bathroom sink, which can be a problem in some seasons.
