We absolutely loved our time here; the house is roomy, warm, and fully equipped, with a gorgeous patio overlooking the lake, and we could use two free kayaks to paddle on the scenic waters. Darren was welcoming and always ready to help, bringing us charcoal for the BBQ and even finding an extra boat for our large group, and he was easy to reach at all times, so we'd gladly return.

The views were great, the beds and couch were very comfortable, and the host was friendly and helpful, yet the place was a bit warm in some spots and many details were neglected—cables hanging from walls, clocks that were either not set or ran on dead batteries, a hob that smelled of gas, an old TV that didn’t work well—small issues that make it feel like the property needs a bit more upkeep to improve guests’ experience.
