“Friendly staff but hard to check in”

I was close to everything and the people next to us were friendly, but the toilet wouldn’t flush properly or needed 3‑4 attempts, and when we arrived the room wasn’t ready and it took 1‑2 hours to get it set up; online it says pet friendly but the front staff insisted dogs weren’t welcome.

“Worst place in Lloydminster”

I found this hotel to be a mixed bag. On the plus side, it was affordable and the in-room coffee machine worked, which was a nice touch. The noisy heater also helped block out the sound of highway traffic outside. However, the room itself was in need of some serious cleaning and maintenance. The exterior door didn't close properly, and the furniture was in poor condition. I was also disappointed to find that management was unavailable when I checked out.

My stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. The kitchenette was poorly stocked, with limited plates and no dish soap. The shower was broken, and the kitchen area was dirty. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and the subpar amenities.

“Perfect for a nights sleep at the end of a long trip!”

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to get around during our trip. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, and the hosts were incredibly lovely and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

“Terrible”

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. They didn't refund me for two nights I didn't get to stay, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, they were extremely disrespectful and even took my wallet from my room, which had all my money in it. I was left feeling upset and taken advantage of.
