They told us there was no breakfast included and that we had to pay for it every day, claiming we weren’t using the booking site but only advertising; we were forced to pay cash for three rooms without receipts because they don’t accept cards, and we also paid cash each day for breakfast and drinking water. The room was only cleaned once a week, yet we were charged for pool access. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and think the hotel’s ads should be removed from the booking site.
The hotel was really cozy, clean, and welcoming. It was also conveniently located, with a taxi to the center costing around 15 minutes and a bus stop nearby.
The service here was absolutely terrible - the linen and bed smelled bad, and the breakfast was super cheap with hardly anything to eat. I told the owner about the issues, but nothing changed, which was really disappointing. Overall, I'd say avoid this place at all costs.

One of the staff members, an older gentleman who helped with our luggage, was really nice. However, the rest of the experience was a disaster - the hotel was dirty, the staff were unfriendly, and the bed sheets smelled like smoke. We also weren't told that there was an extra charge for the pool, and when we found out, we were asked to pay an additional 4000 Armenian dram. The location was bad, with a long walk to breakfast and dirty tablecloths that hadn't been changed in ages.
