I never got picked up; the shuttle I ordered never arrived and there was no staff at the terminal to call one. I had to pay for an expensive taxi instead. The pickup is unreliable, so I will never book this hotel again.

The facilities were very comfortable, but unfortunately there were no nearby restaurants, though a vending machine in the hotel was helpful for late arrivals.
