“Hotel muy agradable”

Carlos was very kind to us and helped with everything we needed during our stay. He gave us great advice on how to get to Tayrona and shared several useful recommendations. The room was clean, had a fairly large terrace, and also had air conditioning, which is a huge plus with the heat in Santa Marta. The pool didn't seem very clean, and at night we could hear a lot of music from the city, played at a very loud volume until about four a.m., which made sleeping difficult, although they did provide earplugs to make it more bearable.

“Buena ubicación aunque muy ruidosa”

The breakfast was acceptable, the location is good but very noisy, especially in the city center, and the pros and cons of staying there are clear. The club noise was the main issue.

Carlos was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself has a lot of charm and is in a great location. Nothing else to mention.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The place is well‑situated in central Santa Marta, right in the entertainment zone with bars and restaurants. The staff were wonderful and extremely attentive. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable, and they stored our luggage so we could spend a night at Tayrona and return. Thank you for everything, we hope to come back!
