It depends on what you’re looking for; for a transfer or the last night it was really good, but even for Incheon it’s a long way off.

“Could’ve been better since we had 4 nights there.”

The stay was decent overall, but there were many hassles: we waited at Incheon Airport Terminal 1 for the shuttle, and after two unanswered calls to the hotel it took over two hours to get from T1 to the hotel using various airport shuttles; when we finally arrived we noticed Terminal 2 offered more shuttle times, which was frustrating because I’d called twice for that info and it would have saved us time—yet the receptionist just said “yeah, terminal 2” without apologizing for the lack of phone support; the concierge was unhelpful with Incheon tours and we had to figure it out ourselves; breakfast wasn’t included, so over four nights we only grabbed coffee and pastries from the store; at dinner I asked about vegetarian options, the host said no, but when I requested a look at the buffet there were plenty of vegetarian choices, so I’m not sure what he meant; we had to take taxis to Inspire and Paradise City, which became pricey, and for some reason Uber only picks up at the hotel for drop‑offs, never for pick‑ups.

“Excellent and convenient”

The place was stripped‑back but immaculately clean and fully functional; I only stayed one night, so I wish I could have spent more time here.

Everything was fine: the room, the hotel’s location, and the free airport shuttle; nothing stood out.
