What an incredibly gorgeous hotel with the most incredible chefs and staff! The room and onsen were the nicest we have ever seen!

The ryokan has a fantastic view of Mt Yotei. The staff provided wonderful service, making our stay memorable. They were warm, approachable, and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and beautifully presented. The ryokan was nice and clean. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The onsen inside the room was fabulous. Overall, the experience was fantastic
