“Perfect as always”

I’ve been here twice now and each time I’ve loved it; the boutique vibe, the two little pools—large enough to splash around and do a quick swim—are a treat. Breakfast is fantastic, and they’ll bring it to your room, so you can enjoy it on your balcony overlooking the pool or sit right by the pool. The beds are super comfy and the staff are amazing! I’ll definitely return. The spot is perfect for walking everywhere, just 5 minutes to the yoga barn, 5 minutes to restaurants, and 10–15 minutes to Monkey Forest. The traffic can be noisy, but that’s typical of Ubud central and hasn’t stopped me from coming back. They provide ear plugs, though I never used them.

The staff were incredibly kind and full of hospitality, especially manager Desak and Meydi, who went above and beyond when I fell ill and needed medical care, and even when my phone broke. I’m deeply grateful. Nothing negative to add.

I loved the location, the pool, the cleaning service, the food (our breakfast included option), the laundry service, and the massage recommendations. The staff were super friendly and kept in touch before and during our stay, especially about transport, massages, and laundry. The hotel sits next to a road, so it got louder at times, but the hotel gave us ear plugs, which wasn’t a real problem for us. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer.

The gardens are beautiful, the pools are great, and fresh towels are laid out every day. The staff are fantastic; the manager was very helpful and always positive, warm, and friendly, creating a great atmosphere.
