Nothing. No proper water supply , electricity issue , lift not working . No hot water in the room . At night no water in the bathroom

I was really impressed with the value for money at this hotel - the prices were super reasonable and the room was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful too, which made a big difference. The only downside was the location, which was a bit of a trek from the city centre and the surrounding area wasn't exactly the safest. Still, for the price, I'd definitely stay here again.

I'm still trying to process the utter chaos that was my stay at this hotel. The location was decent, but that's about where the positives end. What I got was a room infested with cockroaches and pests - it was like they were having a party in there. I've never seen anything like it, and the smell was just as bad as the sight.
