The facilities and the staff’s attention. The lack of information about where the facilities were located and that reservations were required for their use.

The natural surroundings are the most beautiful thing about the hotel, though some facilities are old and not recycled, yet overall they’re in good condition.

The indoor pool is great, yet it wasn’t clear when booking that the pool and spa circuit costs extra; it’s worth it, but I would have preferred clearer disclosure of which services aren’t included in the stay.
