The hospitality and care of the property, the kindness and attention of the owners, the respect for the environment, and the excellent location were all outstanding.

The place feels like family; the owners are present and helpful, and the location is great—though it’s in the city center, it’s still convenient for leaving the town and exploring the surroundings.

Free private parking, a bus stop right in front of the house for trips to Lerici or other cities like La Spezia, close to the historic center, a clean room with all the essentials, especially the air conditioning.

The spot is super convenient, near Sarzana’s historic center. The building is solid, fully renovated, with nice refurbishments and a focus on sustainability. The host is extremely discreet. Even though it’s centrally located, the room is almost silent… The internal parking is priceless. We’ll definitely come back! I also think a small table on the terrace would be handy for having breakfast that’s prepared in the kitchen.
