Super Hotel O Vivaan Residency

This place is the absolute worst I've ever stayed at; the rooms were dirtier than clean, and I would not recommend it under any circumstances.

The staff were rude, the room wasn't clean, it felt totally unhygienic, there were no toiletries, no hot water, the taps leaked, the water jet was broken, the hotel never gave me a room key, and the main door was made of glass instead of wood.

“Worst Experience”

Location only, it's near the main road and it's located in the market. When I reached the reception his first question was how much did you pay for the room? "Online the room tariff is showing low" said the receptionist. After an 11 hour journey I was exhausted and didn't want to argue with them, I just paid what he said. following are the things which I faced during my stay 1. The bed was broken & makes noise. 2. The fan was bad and makes terrible sound. 3. Unprofessional Staff. 4. Dirty water comes from the tap. 5. Suffocated room

“Disappointed”

I liked the location, but the bedsheet was dirty, the hotel told me not to book directly because it showed a lower price while our charge was higher, I paid the amount listed in the booking, the AC was operated directly by staff because there was no remote in the room, which made it hard to call for it every time, the fan was very noisy, there were multiple Wi‑Fi networks but none connected, the facilities were poor, I was disappointed, and at checkout the staff knocked on my door at 11 o’clock but said it was 10 o’clock, so I told them my confirmation said 11 o’clock; I don't know what was good about the property, I was not satisfied at all.
