The apartment sat just west of the city, with frequent transport or a 20‑30 minute walk to the centre. The room was clean and modern, and the staff were very accessible if you had any issues. My only gripe was that the shower water pressure was really low, and I would hit my head on the rainfall shower head (I'm 6'4, so most people won't have this problem).

The place was well‑located, everything was very clean and comfortable. The services were good; they left us coffee or tea and slippers. The entry code was deactivated, but within the hours they answered the phone and fixed it. The shower water was a bit scarce, and the entry code failed twice, but we called and they resolved it right away.

The room was modern with a great bed. It was in a nice neighbourhood in Rome, with good restaurants and breakfast spots within walking distance. The owner and cleaner were very friendly. In reality it looked less good than the photos: the bathroom was tiny, and the room itself was quite small. The room needed maintenance (the bathroom light was loose; the shower was too low, the walls were peeling a bit at the bottom, cheap curtains that didn't slide well). The room was noisy, facing a busy street.
