The hotel is super convenient and the facilities are great; the reception staff are friendly and pleasant, and the service and location are good.

The only thing that works for me is the location. The front desk and duty managers seem indifferent and show no sense of customer service; at checkout you’ll see smiling faces asking you to rate and give a nice review. Breakfast is below average and the spread is poor. Just because it’s a Radisson member doesn’t make it a 5‑star property; nothing about it qualifies as 5‑star.

This hotel makes my stay feel almost like home; the staff are very accommodating and helpful. This is my second trip to Vaishno Devi Temple and I will keep using this hotel for my future trips to Vaishno Mandir.
