The location is ideal, just a stone’s throw from the entrance of Reggia Palazzo Antico. The apartment and room were very clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the space was large and cool. The host was very kind and accommodating.

The apartment is huge, with two double bedrooms and meticulous cleanliness. Soundproofing is decent for the outside noise. It would have been nice to find some basic cutlery in the semi‑furnished kitchen. Breakfast is included with a nearby bar that offers excellent quality. Note that the bathroom facilities are lacking: there is only a tiny shower without a bidet, and a second shower (a beautiful cabin) is located in the kitchenette, which is inconvenient and offers no privacy. A full second bathroom would be welcome given the room size, though the old‑house layout may prevent it. Improvements needed.

The spot is great for visiting the palace, and Raffaele made the welcome and interaction feel like a 10/10 experience – I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The heatwave made it very hot, and the air‑conditioning didn’t work 100 % of the time.

The central, spacious, welcoming, and very comfortable place is close to the nightlife, and the owner is very friendly and helpful – I recommend it.

The location is excellent, but it can be a bit noisy at night, especially late. Some items could use a bit more care: the curtain is loose, the shower hook doesn’t hold, and there isn’t even a touch of liquid soap in the bathroom.
