“The location was good but everything else was below standards.”
The location near the university was good, but the bed sheets were dirty and the staff didn’t make the bed the next day.

The hotel is close to the university, but the room wasn’t clean, the blinds didn’t work, the AC cycled on and off every 10 minutes all night, and the AC by the elevator on the fourth floor leaked.

The place was clean, but there wasn’t much parking.

It was quite good, but the blanket could have been better.

The spot is great—just a stone's throw from everything.
