The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Honestly, we had chosen a different place, but booking had confirmed a room while the hotel was fully booked. I called the hotel and after some questions they said it wasn’t their fault, so booking tried to find an alternative, and this was the closest option to our destination, Bastia Umbria Fiera. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very kind. My wife and I went up to the room, showered, and the water was cold. The room’s air‑conditioning unit had no safety cover. In the bathroom the fixtures were cracked and there were no hooks for the shower curtain. The terrace lacked a door or window to exit onto it, forcing us to climb a wall that risked injury. Finally, the price was very high for the service offered.
