We were disappointed. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and had specifically asked for a king‑size bed, but were given a room with two full‑size beds instead. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep. The room smelled noticeably musty/mildew‑like, especially in the bathroom, which was unpleasant and concerning. Overall, we were disappointed with the room and accommodations for such a special occasion and hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves comfort and cleanliness.

The location was close to Universal and the rate was good. The pillows and beds felt old and required an upgrade – sleeping in the middle of the bed worked, but sharing the bed was so awkward that we ended up in separate rooms.
