The room came fully equipped with a fridge, dishes and cutlery, making it feel almost like a flat for a multi‑day stay, and it easily fit our family of four thanks to the sofa bed; the shower worked well, breakfast was excellent and the location was great, although the elevators felt old and the doors either opened very slowly or slammed shut with no anti‑pinch sensor, the breakfast‑area restrooms were under repair so even the kids couldn’t wash their hands, the bathroom in the room seemed to lack an exhaust fan making steam and odors linger, and the windows had no safety net or any child‑proof system, so they had to stay shut the whole time.

The room was comfortable, the bed was very good, the shower was good, the smart TV worked, the staff were helpful, the location was excellent, there was a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and several utensils in the kitchen, and I will definitely come back.

The breakfast was excellent and the spot is convenient, but the room’s cleanliness was disappointing; the sofa bed was so dusty it triggered my allergies. The iron was broken and they never replaced it.

The staff were very attentive, the breakfast had few options but was very tasty. I rented a condominium apartment; when I arrived the beds for my daughters were not made, and when I contacted the administration she told me I had to set up and arrange the sofa bed myself. The trash cans were broken and rusty, the towel rack was broken, the front door was jammed, and the bedding and bath linens were low quality. I asked about the price of other hotel apartments that are not condominium units, and the price is quite similar; perhaps it’s better to rent through the hotel and get better quality lodging.
