“Customer Service Is Always The KEY FACTOR!!..”
I like the convenience of having almost everything you could need right there! As with many places, there’s always room for improvement, but the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

Very dirty had to make them switch my room a few dead roaches on floor. The walls are gross especially in the bathroom. No hot water in shower i had to take a cool shower. The hallway stinks it smells like chicken Alfredo mixed with other smelly scents. Some people that made me uncomfortable outside smoking. The guy at the front desk energy is trash. I won't ever stay here again I did it for 2 days

The maintenance guy was quick to fix my shower once he knew about the issue, and he’s the only one who actually does his job. My card wouldn’t open the door, so I had to go to the desk to get it fixed. The shower handle jammed and wouldn’t shut off; I called the desk three times in an hour and they said they couldn’t reach maintenance even though he was on the property. I left my room, walked outside, and found him in about 30 seconds; he immediately fixed it. The front‑desk woman seemed incompetent. Nobody cleaned the room while I was there, so I ran out of washcloths and towels, and both small trash cans were overflowing. When I turned on the bathroom light, it started doing some weird glowing thing. I ended up leaving a day early because of all this and they still charged me for an extra night, even though I left due to their lack of competence. If I could give a zero, I would.
