Nice clean rooms, staff very friendly and accommodating. When it’s full house, wifi does not work.

Gee, one of the hotel receptionists, was exceptional in organizing a rental scooter. Staff were friendly and helpful, there was good coffee available and the rooms were spacious and clean. A little bit out of town and the road outside could be a bit noisy- but it also made it easy to flag down a trike

“Left out in the cold”

The room was large enough and comfortable. The staff was nice and polite. The breakfast was rather small and only coffee to drink. There was a room service menu but made no mention that it was breakfast and lunch only. No hot water in the shower

“It was a good stay but I would explore other options next time”

The location and Accessibility. the price and the breakfast was not good enough for the price, they did not have a great choice or a menu to choose from. It felt like a short time motel and not a hotel. The staff were excellent and accommodating and it was very clean which is a good thing. The place is gated and we felt safe. Improvements can be made but it was a good stay

“This is my go to hotel now whenever I come back to PIlar, Bataan.”

The place sits right next to a local eatery and grocery store, and the room was spotless with a super comfy bed. The hotel is small, just a handful of new rooms, and the breakfast was decent with bottomless coffee. Staff were friendly and well‑trained, and both check‑in and check‑out ran smoothly. The only downside was the shower water pressure, which was weak but still allowed for a reasonable shower.
