The hotel’s facilities were spotless and well‑maintained, and every staff member was courteous and responded quickly, so I had a hassle‑free, comfortable stay. Its location offered easy transport links and plenty of nearby conveniences, making it very handy. I’d love to return and fully recommend this satisfying hotel. There’s nothing at all that needs improvement.

I appreciated that the front desk helped me with printing during my work. When I went to breakfast, I discovered the glass was incredibly dirty with a milk stain from a previous wash; they didn’t clean it properly and the breakfast was terrible compared to other hotels, hygiene was not good. The rooms, though the ladies could change bedsheets daily if you ask, were not paying attention to the dust – there’s a lot of dust in each corner and on the bedside table, and the air conditioning was full of dust air. The ladies didn’t really care much about it; they only wiped the floor and the smell after wiping was horrible. I think they didn’t change the water, used a clean mop, or they were rushing to finish the job. But most importantly I wish they could clean carefully the rooms including the toilet because at night and morning the drain had a horrible smell. I stayed for almost a month and wished they were more careful about the hygiene of the room and breakfast; the price of the hotel is ok, hygiene of rooms is only 45% I can say.

Nothing in particular. It was very cold inside and not very clean
