“Mooi hotel met fijn zwembad”

The rooms were very nice, but our toilet was broken and never fixed; after attempts the conclusion was that they could not repair it, so we stayed with a non‑working toilet, and the street was unpleasant, dark, and littered.

The rooms were super nice, the garden beautiful, everything very clean, and the staff attentive and friendly; I almost left a bad review for breakfast on the first morning because it was nearly abandoned, but the next days a new staff member—if I remember correctly, his name is Mateo—made everything organized, clean, and offered more options. The main issues for me were that I was traveling with a small child; it would have been much more convenient to have everything in one place: entertainment, food, and room service. There was no food beyond breakfast, no laundry service, and it was somewhat far from the lagoon where most entertainment is. The hotel works well for people who plan to spend most of their time outside and want a cozy room to return to at the end of the day, which wasn’t my situation. Perhaps it was my mistake for not choosing carefully, but I hope this review helps others in similar circumstances.

The location is quiet and well‑situated. The facilities are decent. The staff are attentive, especially Mateo at the bar. The Wi‑Fi in the room is very unreliable, and parking space is limited.
