“Schlechste Hotel die ich jemals gesehen habe”
I didn’t enjoy the bread, it was stale, and the cheese was old. The front desk staff was a woman who was kind, but the receptionist on 14/10 at check‑out was a 55‑60 year old man who was very complicated and unfriendly; when I complained he didn’t listen at all. The cleaning lady, an Indian woman, was very nice. The room had no heating until the next day, and the temperature stayed at 10‑12 °C, so we were freezing after 12 pm. The front desk was empty and didn’t respond. The walls in room 2001 were very dirty – I don’t know if it was blood, coffee, or something else – it was disgusting. The minibar was broken. An Afghan man at the front desk was very friendly, but he couldn’t do anything; he brought us a small electric heater, but it felt like he had no sense that we were in Germany. We spent two terrible nights.
