I was impressed by the breakfast – everything was freshly made and constantly restocked, and the place was spotless. The coffee machine worked great, and the breakfast room was cozy and well equipped. The rooms themselves were large and relatively quiet despite being on Woodward Ave. The only downside was the use of disposable cutlery; it would be better to use reusable dishes that are washed and refilled, especially since the breakfast staff are already on site.

The location was spot on and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was filthy: the floors were black and covered in hair, and the comforter and sheets had black hairs on them. It was honestly uncomfortable to even be in the room.

The location, parking, and free breakfast were all good. The only issue was that the air conditioning was a little tired and didn’t work very well.
