The pousada is surreal, a wonderful spot that’s quiet and cozy, with a family‑like vibe; the service from Mr. Sergio was incomparable, offering the best local tips and proving himself a true expert of the area – I can’t wait to come back. 🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The pool was great, but the pousada offered no comfort at all: no reception, no staff to help carry luggage or bags, no management present – the owner never showed his face, was away for Carnaval, and only came back on Wednesday, and I don’t even know who he is. I left the room keys hanging on the door because there was nobody there at 14:00 on Wednesday. During the stay, we guests were alone at night, no guard, and the gate was just propped open. The pousada only had one employee handling everything, which I’ve never seen before. I won’t return or recommend anyone. There’s no security, just God to keep us safe.

Everything was basically fine. The service is the strong point here, and the pool is fabulous! There was nothing we didn’t like. The location is good, but not excellent, and we knew that beforehand, so there was no disappointment.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was marred by a few issues, including a cold shower. Despite the hotel's pleasant atmosphere, this problem detracted from my overall experience.
