I felt completely at ease in this spot! The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and packed with thoughtful touches—every little detail was considered. The location is a gem: very quiet, pleasant, and just a few minutes on foot from the beautiful, untouched Schwarzsee, on the calm side where you can jump in the water whenever you wish. At the same time, the center of Kitzbühel is about a 20‑minute walk. Everything ran smoothly and hassle‑free, and the hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This was truly a successful stay—we’ll definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend the apartment!

“Heerlijk genoten van al het goede, wij hadden ook het weer enorm mee”

The apartment was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed, plus a very wide (though shallow) balcony; there was a car on the premises and bikes stored in the shed, which was a plus. It was a 5‑minute walk to the water at Schwarzsee and a 7‑minute bike ride to town, and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful, even offering a bread service—perfect for a few days on the farm. Just be aware that if you like to sleep with the window open in summer, around 7 am the farm’s daily and work noises start up, which is understandable for a rural setting.
