Everything was good—the staff, the room, the food—but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable that I didn’t get any sleep and now my back and ribs hurt.

The king bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and it was worth the price.

The first room had a broken AC, and the second room’s door wouldn’t fully close unless I pushed it very hard; this was true for most rooms on the second floor, causing loud slamming whenever anyone entered or exited. The bedding had many stains and discoloration.

I expected more based on the online pictures; the building looked a bit run-down from the street, yet the rooms themselves were spotless.
