“Great place to stau in the Smokies”
The hotel is a great spot to stay; a short walk to The Island keeps you out of the crazy traffic, and a quick drive gets you to Dollywood. The room was spotless, with very comfortable beds and pillows in plenty of varieties, and there were plenty of flat surfaces to organize our stuff. I enjoyed the live music and the free snacks, and I’d definitely return. The only hiccup was the elevator breaking down while we were loading our luggage from the fourth floor, which meant a bit of a trek down with our bags, but the staff handled the elevator issue promptly.
