Huge green area around, children friendly, room nice and clean, great breakfast with big selection of meals, big indoor swimming pool. For international tourists you need to be ready that nearby you can't withdraw any cash, you need to go to nearest bank

The hotel is clean and well maintained, matching the five‑star rating from Chinese reviews. Everything is as expected, and compared to European five‑ or four‑star hotels it’s very affordable. We felt comfortable, and the view from the 16th floor toward Panda Park was wonderful.

The room was spacious, but for a Crown Plaza, it could have been better.

The staff were really warm and went out of their way to help us check in, even offering a free room upgrade that we were delighted to accept. The rooms were luxuriously appointed and spotless, the bed large and very comfortable. The hotel is just a short taxi ride from Panda Station, everything was perfect.
