The location. There is only 1 tv channel, WiFi is not working, the shower doesn’t have curtains nor a non slippery mat water splashes everywhere, water was cold in the morning, breakfast was cold, she served coffee with no milk, we could see oil residue in it

Safety. The water was cold, they offer 1 towel, to be charged R50 rand for iron , the attitude of the receptionist , the fact that we must eat breakfast in rooms because , the kitchen is booked for church service

Got soap and lotion in the room too, which was a nice touch.

The staff were excellent and the place stayed clean, but the nighttime noise from people drinking and getting up and down kept me from sleeping.
