Nothing positive. I couldn’t walk anywhere, there was no food nearby, no refrigerator, fleas on the bed, hot water ran out, and Netflix was supplied but not in English.

I felt completely unsafe; there was no 24‑hour reception and no one was there.

The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible - they were friendly, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand. The hotel itself was simple, yet comfortable and affordable, and the balcony was a lovely touch that made the room feel even more spacious. While I was initially hesitant about booking, the hotel's many charms quickly won me over.

The staff at the reception were always friendly and helpful, which made a big difference during my stay. I also appreciated that they were flexible with the checkout time when it was raining, allowing me to stay until 4 pm without any issues.
