The staff were kind, the room with a balcony was clean, the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the hotel is close to Lake Braies.

The setting is unbeatable, with beautiful views and a 5‑minute walk to the lake. Free transport is offered, and breakfast is very good. Nothing to add.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. We were traveling with a dog, and both we and other dog‑owners who stayed there were extremely welcoming and understanding. The only issue was the double bed, which was set up with two single mattresses, leaving a noticeable gap in the middle.
