“It was good in the beginning but the things that I needed was not there the grounds was really dirty also”
The staff were very kind, helpful, outgoing, and well organized, but the ice machine was broken and needed replacement, the bathtub lacked a stopper and the overflow had no cover, making it hard to soak; the bathroom walls required a deep clean, the room phone didn’t work, and when I asked the night desk clerk about it he refused to answer and told me that many rooms didn’t have phones, suggesting I go to 7‑11 to call my kids instead.
