Yesterday I asked for help waiting a bit for arrival, and they said by policy I had to pay everything; I complied, arrived half an hour late with a friend to assist with check‑in, and then he came the next day to take me to a location, but they wouldn’t let him in, saying he couldn’t even approach the room. I requested to record a short video in the lobby for work, which would have taken about a minute; I was staying for business reasons and just needed a slightly larger space than the room for a brief shoot, the background wouldn’t even have been visible, yet they denied me the space, acting very rude and inflexible, forcing us out of the premises; the staff were hostile, practically sending us out with our vehicle as we left. It was the worst experience I’ve had at any lodging. I also had to transfer from Banco Pichincha to Banco Pichincha, though I don’t have an account there; I paid using someone else’s account, which seemed unnecessary since online transfers are direct.

The room and bed were comfortable, but the shower water was only regular until it stopped heating and fell to cold; otherwise everything was fine.

Good location, but the noise from other rooms was annoying when trying to sleep, and we were given only one bath towel for a reservation for two people and no hand towels.
