“always a perfect choice for us!”

This hotel is perfect. It is always our favorite place when we come to Pristina. The location isn’t great because it’s a bit far from the city center, but it offers excellent service, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and some spa facilities. The price fully justifies the quality of the service we receive. Warm and friendly people at the reception are ready to help and support clients as much as possible. Nothing. This is a place where we always like to come back.

“Top hotel buiten de drukte van de stad.”

The hotel was equipped with all amenities and offered a high‑quality breakfast. The staff were friendly and professional and the cleaning was good in the room and also in the spa. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is located on a busy road, but that hardly bothered us.

The hotel was on level, the room was pretty, clean, well equipped. We relaxed, and even with a short sleep we slept quite well. The beds are really great. I really appreciate the free transfer to the airport, which was arranged by a great taxi service.

“Im großen und Ganzen wirklich schön dort!”

The service was very good and friendly, but the cleaning staff sometimes only did a superficial job; a bit more thoroughness would be nice.
