We were thrilled with our stay at Gaia Hotel, traveling with my parents and sister. The room offered a stunning view, and the bed was supremely comfortable, letting me sleep deeply beneath a soft, cozy blanket. The hotel itself is gorgeous, featuring excellent facilities and an impressive lobby, but the front desk staff truly made the experience memorable. They were sweet, kind, and attentive, and at check‑out they surprised me with a thoughtful gesture that referenced a small detail I’d mentioned earlier—an act that really touched me. Thank you to everyone at Gaia Hotel, from the front desk and breakfast/restaurant staff to the security team, for making our visit unforgettable. We would gladly return!

Everything was perfect! The room and bedding were of very high quality, with a view of the mountains and jungle. The pool was beautiful, complemented by a spa and quality massages. On‑site dining was flawless, offering coffee, a traditional restaurant, and the monomono with more refined cuisine and sophisticated cocktails. The staff is well‑trained, speaks English well, and is highly efficient. Although the hotel is very large, the crowd never feels overwhelming, which is ultimately a positive.

The property is surrounded by greenery and boasts an amazing view. The rooms are clean, the architecture is pleasing, and the staff’s friendly attention is truly impressive. We experienced a breezy, peaceful, and flawless stay—highly recommendable to everyone. Overall, we were extremely satisfied; nothing stood out as negative.
