The King Room – Non‑Smoking offers a single king‑size bed for two guests. WiFi was dead, the TV didn’t work, and a lot of things were broken.
“Great stay”
The room was super comfortable—beds, bathroom, and AC were all great. However, a few random calls came in during the night and nobody answered on the other end. Also, the landscaper was trimming palm trees and pieces fell all over my car when I checked out.
“This place was nasty”
Nothing positive. The bed had blood and stains everywhere. I told the manager, who sent a maid to change it, but the maid pulled back the fitted sheet and there were hair and stains on the mattress cover as if it hadn’t been changed in months, then replaced it with stained sheets again. I asked for a refund because I wouldn’t sleep in a dirty bed and refused an upgrade since I didn’t trust the hotel’s cleanliness. The manager said he’d speak to the manager. I got my deposit back but haven’t heard anything about a refund.

Breakfast was great unfortunately it ended early. The room was clean and comfortable but the smoking area was dimly lit and pushed away from everyone else, also was not clearly marked smoking area. The worst part was when front desk tried to charge me $5.00 for what 99% of most hotels charge $.75, laundry detergent
