When we arrived to check‑in, they told us we had no reservation; an Indian staff member, who was hard to understand, claimed we were supposed to be here last night and that we had checked out today. I showed her the booking confirmation, yet she insisted the reservation was for last night. We left very upset. Later that afternoon we had to drive home because Watkins Glenn was fully booked. On Sunday morning we woke to a voicemail from the hotel asking when we would be checking in for the night. I’ve never had an issue using your site before, but after this I might never use it again. Some form of compensation, such as a free night stay of our choice, would be appreciated. This was very stressful and caused us to be late for the wedding we had traveled to.

Having stayed at other motels, I can say everything here is excellent. The internet connection might be slightly slow.

We asked for a ground level room upon arrival. The parking lot was mostly empty, but they said they were booked and no rooms were available. The next morning, the parking lot was maybe 1/2 full, and we were up and out fairly early. The staircase to the upstairs rooms was very dark and very narrow, was difficult to manage luggage. We were on the road for 8 nights, and the receptionist here was the only rude one we encountered our entire trip

The spot was great—easy walk to Montour Falls and a nice fall stroll around town. The pillows were thin, only three for a king bed with two adults, so we ended up using a rolled blanket as a pillow. Every time we left and returned, the room had a strange odor, but the king bed was decent.
