The hotel is within a 5-minute walk of shops and restaurants, and a 15-minute walk from Ternopil Train Station.

The hotel is in the city center and the window offers a nice view. However, the room was quite dirty, with grime on the windows and curtains, dead spiders, and dirty carpets; it seemed the cleaning was only superficial, with dust on the lamps and stains on the sheets.

The location was solid, but the soundproofing left a bit to be desired.

The location is fantastic, right in the city center, with an incredible view of the lake, pleasant service, a very comfortable bed, and a restaurant inside the hotel, though the sound insulation isn’t the best.

The buffet breakfast was plentiful, featuring a tasty omelet, sausages, and a mix of muesli, granola, and flakes with milk or yogurt to taste, plus other dishes; you could eat for 350 UAH and have three servings of that volume. The view from the window overlooking the lake was gorgeous, and the room was quiet and comfortable. Both front‑desk ladies—different shifts—were fantastic, answering every question I had. The floor was somewhat chilly because outside at night it was already 8 °C and the central heating hadn't kicked in yet, but overall everything was convenient and close by.
