There was not a single thing I liked about this hotel. The room was dirty, the bed sheet had several holes, a pungent smell lingered, and the washroom was uncleaned—overall a horrible experience.

I ended up paying twice for a single day stay because the property refused the first online payment and neither the company nor the hotel has refunded it yet.
