Unic Design Hotel & Restaurant- 5th Avenue

I liked the location, but the restaurant on the ground floor kept blasting loud music until 1 am, and I couldn't sleep because of the noise.

The building looked clean and modern from the outside, and the downtown area was very cool; the bottom level had a restaurant. However, the food there was poor even with a 15 % discount, the party centre outside on the street had a live band that played so loudly it rattled the glass doors until 1:30 am, towels were dirty with blood stains, and the staff seemed unprepared to handle the noise; overall, if you’re a party animal and don’t need to sleep, this place is fine.

“Mucha actividad, poco descanso.”

The location right in downtown Cancun makes it easy to reach attractions, Fifth Avenue, local markets, and the pier—great spot. The downside is the nighttime noise, which makes it hard to rest.

“Muy bien”

The price is very good and the facilities match that, even surpassing expectations. The nighttime noise was terrible; there was a bar nearby with a live band that was too loud even after closing.
