“Poor customer service”
Customer service was terrible: a 3 pm check‑in was delayed until 4 pm, and I was only allowed to check in after that, and the room’s air‑conditioning was not good.

Someone cleaned it up and I could change rooms.

Free and safe parking. Nearby eateries and facilities. No water dispenser on the second floor.
