The room was clean, fresh, and tastefully decorated without unnecessary items, the bathroom was excellent and the beds were comfortable, the balcony view was amazing, and the host was very helpful and generous. It sits on a quiet street close to the central station, and the bus stops outside if you don’t want to walk about 25 minutes to the city center. The breakfast was fine but not a hotel breakfast.

The location was perfect—close to the train station and within walking distance of everything we wanted. The room was bright and airy, and the balcony added a nice touch; a lovely breeze came through when we opened the door and window. Carlo was an amazing host, giving us great restaurant, pizzeria, and gelato tips, and he even baked a fresh treat every day, which was a real bonus. The street was busy, so it was a bit noisy at night, but we still slept well.

The building and the apartment door gave a very secure feeling. There’s an elevator, and the room on the 6th floor offers a great view of Bologna. The landlord is very nice and warm. Everything was ultra‑clean and well maintained, and we felt right at home. The landlord really went the extra mile at breakfast and baked something special for us every day; we couldn’t finish everything he offered. This place is highly recommended. The location isn’t right in the center; you have to walk about 20 minutes. The area isn’t very safe, so he suggested parking the car at the station’s monitored parking garage, which is about a 10‑minute walk.
