Eric was lovely and welcoming, making the stay feel like home; there was a safe spot for the cat outside the house, and the location was convenient for visiting Bodmin, so I’ll definitely return on my next Cornwall trip.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Meadow Oak Accommodation; the room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented, breakfast offered a great variety of cereals with tea and coffee, and Eric was very welcoming and helpful, suggesting great nearby sights; the location is ideal for exploring Cornwall, right in the centre so everything is within easy reach; Eric even had soap bubbles ready for our little one, who absolutely loved playing with them, and we would definitely recommend it 100% and would love to stay again.

“Idea location for visiting central Cornwall.”

The room was a good size and had everything we needed, but it was a little noisy because it sits right next to a fast road, so it was busy during morning and evening rush hours.
