The stay was underwhelming, probably because of the location and the hotel’s lack of readiness for guests. I watched a few guests argue with staff and ended up waiting for hours in line with little explanation of what was going on. Overall, it’s a place that needs a serious rethink.

The place is right by the airport, which is handy, but the first room I got had a broken joint and they had to move me to another one that also had a busted air‑conditioner – it only blew air like a fan. I called the front desk, they said the unit was brand new and offered a refund if I left, and then I spent an hour queuing just to check in. It was a nightmare and I won’t be coming back.

The check‑out was quick and hassle‑free, but the room left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. I found a few spots that were still dusty and the bathroom could have used a deeper clean.

The heated pool was a highlight, open until 10 pm, and the room was roomy with working TV, fridge, and a view of the airport. The shower was fine, but the only toiletries were a single soap; a shampoo, conditioner, and a better soap would have been nice.
