The hotel staff didn’t give me a room even after I confirmed my booking. The whole experience was unprofessional; upon arrival I was told no rooms were available.

Nothing positive. I booked, but when I got there the hotel was locked and no one was there to help. It was very unsettling to arrive tired and find the property unusable.
