The location was good and the underground garage was convenient, but we ended up with a windowless room.

The budget rooms have no windows, which is fine for a single night but not for longer stays; the décor is modern, yet the long‑term cleanliness makes me uneasy, and claustrophobia is a risk. The location is good, there’s free covered parking, and the street is quiet.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and they offer free evening soup, tea, and sweets, which is much appreciated. The rooms have been beautifully renovated in a modern style and parking is easy on the street. However, the property sits inside a somewhat gloomy vacant commercial building, and part of the terrace overlooks the building’s interior side. There are ongoing renovations, so some rooms are still being updated; the bathroom sink counter was peeling from the wall, the LED behind the mirror flickered, and the balcony looked over another balcony full of air‑conditioners. Cleaning could be better, especially in the common areas—behind the reception and on the walls, when dirty, it gives a strong sense of neglect.
